This Policy describes the types of personal information we may collect from you, the user, (you, your, yours, etc.) or that you may provide to us when you use the services offered by us on the Site (the “Services”), and our practices for collecting, using, keeping, protecting, and disclosing your personal information.
The Corporation, Encnto Limited is a technology-oriented company established for the innovation and creation of technological inclined services - which involves the provision of any form of service through the use of technology. Allurie Network Limited and www.allurie.net is a subsidiary of Encnto Limited and is also a Private Company Limited by Shares registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to this Policy and consent to our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your information as described in this Policy.

We will consider your continued use of the Site after we make changes to this Policy as your acceptance of the changes, so you must periodically revisit this Policy and check the “Last Updated” date above. 1. How old do you have to be to use the Services?
We prohibit anyone under the age of eighteen (18) from accessing the Site or using the Services. We do not knowingly market to or collect or solicit any information from or about anyone under the age of eighteen (18). Important Note Regarding Financial Information:
All payment processing on the Site is handled through secure third-party services, such as CCBill, Flutterwave, SquadCo and NowPayments , which process payments on behalf of the platform. We do not collect or store credit card or banking information directly on the Site. Users providing financial details for transactions will be directed to our payment processors’ secure forms, compliant with industry standards for handling sensitive financial data.

This ensures your payment information is protected and handled in compliance with the rules set forth by our payment processors.

Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.
We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve (12) month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy notice at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this privacy notice, we will post the updated notice on the Site and update the notice’s effective date.
